Substitution Policy
In most cases, our photo represents an overall look/theme that we try our best to replicate for your order. On occasion some substitutions of flowers and or containers may occur due to weather, seasonal availability, and market prices. If this is the case for the arrangement you have selected, we will see to it that the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement is maintained, and we will only substitute items of equal or greater value.
